Please note that once a parcel is with DHL it is out of our control and we encourage you to track your parcel with the tracking number that will be provided. If you notice any delays on issues with your parcel tracking, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail or phone – 01299 270837.

All beer and cider products include FREE Delivery on our online shop, the product prices you see are the final price you pay at checkout. Some merchandise is subject to a delivery fee (clothing, beer mats, bar runners), however delivery is free on orders of £20+

Hobsons Brewery only ships products to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland excluding Highlands and Islands Monday to Friday. Please contact the brewery direct for courier services and charges for special deliveries to Scotland Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly.

Extra Instructions:

It is particularly important that you provide extra information about where to deliver your parcel to reduce social contact i.e. leave on the porch. If your property is difficult to locate, please provide directions.  Please add comments at the checkout.

What happens when you place an order?

Once you have placed your order, completed your shopping basket and payment has been submitted Hobsons will receive confirmation of your order and we will start to make up your parcel. We aim to process and dispatch bottle orders received by midnight the following day (Monday to Friday) on a next day service with DHL. You will be able to track your parcel with a tracking number on the DHL website. If there appears to be a problem with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible on 01299 270837.

Two Days Notice on Ordering Polypins:

Cask beer is a natural product that needs to be in perfect condition for the best taste experience. We prepare bright beer for polypins, therefore you can expect your polypin to be delivered 2-3 working days after order confirmation.

To ensure you enjoy Hobsons at its very best we recommend that you take delivery of a polypin of beer as close to the time you plan to drink the beer i.e if you’re having a party Saturday night, order the beer Wednesday, we dispatch it Thursday for delivery to you on Friday. Polypins are not dispatched on Fridays to avoid the beer being sat in courier storage over the weekend.

Returns

At Hobsons we stand by the products we craft; we believe in quality and we will not be content until you are. So, if our beers, clothing or homeware have failed you in any way, please notify us as soon as possible to arrange return or exchange or refund. As a consumer you have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a full refund or exchange.
We would ask for all goods to be returned intact no later than five working days from delivery.

Damaged goods:

Customers are asked to contact Hobsons Brewery within 72 hours of delivery to report damaged goods. If a product has been lost or is short please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Products lost or damaged will be replaced free of charge provided we have the item(s) in stock, if the item(s) are out of stock we shall recommend a suitable replacement. The replacement order will be dispatched asap.

Cancellation:

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the consumer has the right to change their mind and cancel the order (for no reason), return the goods and receive a refund. The consumers right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment that they place their order and ends 14 calendar days from the day they receive their goods.

If the parcel has been dispatched but returned back to us, we will refund you the cost of the product minus the delivery charges (delivery out and returned delivery).

Cancellation policy for Brewery & Foodie Nights:

If you have booked for a specific Brewery Night or Foodie event and wish to cancel your place we ask for at least seven days’ notice and a full refund will be made or tickets can be transferred to another event subject to availability. Unfortunately, if you cancel without giving seven days’ notice or don’t turn up to the event, no refund will be made.
