At its heart is the Motueka hop, known for its bright citrus and tropical notes—think zesty lemon and lime with a touch of fresh orchard fruit. That burst of flavour is balanced out by Simcoe, bringing a subtle bitterness and a whisper of pine to round things off. The result?
