Kirkwood set out to make Honest Shropshire Spirit using local ingredients and traditional distilling methods. Working alongside us at Hobsons we regularly supply the base barley wash for the spirit.  All of their base spirits are distilled from local barley or rye in our reflux column still. The gins include foraged botanicals from the Shropshire Hills.
